How two-factor authentication works on nomorslot
Two-factor authentication (often called 2FA) adds a second checkpoint to your login. After you enter your email and password, our system asks for a code that only you can access. We send this code to your phone via SMS or to your email inbox — you choose which method during setup. Once you enter the code, you're logged in.
This approach stops unauthorized access even if someone learns your password. A hacker would need both your password and access to your phone or email to break in. On nomorslot, we use this method to protect your account during high-risk actions: logging in from a new device, changing your password, updating your withdrawal bank details, or confirming a large withdrawal request.
When you enable two-factor authentication in your nomorslot account settings, we ask you to confirm your phone number or email address. We then send a test code to verify that the contact method works. From that point forward, every login triggers a new code. Codes expire after ten minutes, so you'll need to enter them quickly.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication as soon as you open your nomorslot account. The setup takes under two minutes and requires no special apps or hardware — just your phone or email access.
Setting up two-factor authentication on your nomorslot account
To enable two-factor authentication, log into your nomorslot account and navigate to Account Settings. Look for the Security section, then select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." Our system will ask whether you prefer SMS codes (sent to your phone) or email codes (sent to your inbox). Choose the method that works best for you.

Two-factor authentication is the single most effective way to prevent unauthorized access to your nomorslot account and your payment methods.
Two-factor authentication during deposits and withdrawals
When you deposit funds into your nomorslot account using DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, two-factor authentication adds a verification step. After you confirm your payment method and amount, we send a code to your registered contact. You enter this code before the deposit is processed. This prevents someone from using a stolen account to drain your linked wallets.
Withdrawals trigger two-factor authentication as well. When you request a withdrawal to your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet account, we send a verification code. You must enter this code to confirm the withdrawal. This step protects you from unauthorized transfers and gives you a final chance to catch any suspicious activity.

- Verification window
- Codes expire after ten minutes. If you don't enter the code in time, request a new one.
- Multiple attempts
- You can request a new code up to five times per transaction. After that, the transaction is cancelled for security.
- Backup codes
- When you enable two-factor authentication, we provide backup codes. Store these in a safe place in case you lose access to your phone or email.
Two-factor authentication across nomorslot platforms
We've integrated two-factor authentication across all nomorslot access points. Whether you log in via the web browser on your desktop in Medan, the Android app on your phone, or the mobile web version on your tablet, the same two-factor authentication rules apply. Your security settings sync instantly across all devices.
If you're in Bandung and log in from a new phone for the first time, we'll ask for two-factor authentication. If you then log in from the same phone an hour later, we won't ask again — we recognize the device. However, if you clear your browser cookies or log out completely, the next login will require verification again.
This approach balances security with convenience. We protect you from unauthorized access without forcing you to enter a code every single time you check your Liga 1 odds or live-dealer table status.
Troubleshooting two-factor authentication issues
If you don't receive a verification code, first check your spam or junk folder — sometimes email providers filter our messages. If you're using SMS, ensure your phone has signal and that your carrier isn't blocking short codes. Wait a few seconds and request a new code.
If you've lost access to your phone or email, use the backup codes we provided when you enabled two-factor authentication. Each backup code works once. If you've used all your backup codes and can't access your registered contact method, contact our support team. We'll verify your identity through your account details and help you regain access.
If you want to disable two-factor authentication temporarily (for example, if you're traveling and don't have reliable SMS access), you can turn it off in your Account Settings. However, we recommend keeping it enabled at all times, especially if you have active deposits or pending withdrawals.
